The subject is depicted at the moment of its capture, at the instant it feels constrained and trapped. It would be able to free itself by passing through the holes in the net, but it remains there, forced into an unnatural pose. The work consists of two elements: the marble sculpture and a steel hoist that suspends it within a net.
