These Terms govern the sale of artworks, sculptures, and any related merchandising through the website www.giuliasantarini.it.

Products

Product images are for illustrative purposes only; as these are handcrafted works, variations from the photos may occur.

Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders

The order is considered accepted upon email confirmation.
Payment must be made using the available methods (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, credit card).

Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and destination.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, except for cases provided by law (e.g., custom-made works upon request).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a notice to info@giuliasantarini.it.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, excluding shipping costs.

Warranty

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity.

Liability

The seller is not liable for delays or failed delivery due to force majeure.

Jurisdiction

For any disputes, the competent court is the consumer’s court of residence if in Italy; otherwise, the court of Lucca.
